  • We do offer walk-in installations but availability is subject to change and so we recommend to call ahead. Walk-ins are assisted on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, if someone arrives before you, they will be helped first.

    Appointments are the only exception as they are assured a time slot and given priority! Read the following FAQs for more information.

    Appointments are preferred and often determine whether or not we have walk-in availability. Sometimes an appointment may be rescheduled as late as the day before, opening up a window for walk-in’s to be accepted.

  • Yes, an appointment fee/deposit is required to make an appointment. It is discounted from your total but it is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or you are a no-show to your appointment. Read the next FAQ for more information.

    Appointment fee/deposit is usually $50. For estimates under $50 or over $500 this amount changes.

  • We understand life happens and you most definitely can reschedule your appointment with at least a 24-hour notice.

    However, if you try to reschedule after the 24-hour window (like the morning of the appointment) or you wish to cancel your appointment, the appointment fee/deposit will not be refunded.

    You can only reschedule your appointment once so we suggest only setting up an appointment if you are certain of your schedule to avoid losing your fee/deposit. The fee/deposit will be used to compensate time lost on our end.

  • All Sales are Final. No Returns. No Exchanges*.

    *Exchanges are allowed for select products due to fitment concerns. Common examples are speaker bases and dash kits.

    Warranty for products is limited to new products only. All new products come with manufacturing warranty.

    MCA Car Audio provides a minimum 30-Day Warranty with receipt for defective new products. Warranty is only valid with a receipt showing the date issued and the warranty term length.

    Warranty for installations is valid only for installations performed by MCA Car Audio Installers. Generally, it is a 90-day warranty that extends to products purchased in store. In some cases, the original box or packaging may be required for warranty, such as LED bulb boxes are required to exchange defective bulbs.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    • Customer has NO receipt

    • Products were purchased from a 3rd party (please review our policy for outside products in the next FAQ)

    • Products are damaged due to accidents or vandalism

    • Products damaged by misuse, inappropriate power-matching or inappropriate impedance-matching

    • Products damaged by 3rd party installation errors

    • Horn drivers have no warranty, for more information check the Products page

    Installations performed by MCA Installers no longer have warranty when they have been handled or worked on by another installer, shop, or the owner of the vehicle. If a problem were to arise, please contact us first before having someone else trying to fix the problem.

  • Yes, we do install products purchased outside of our store but our warranty does not extend to these products and if the product fails to turn on or function properly upon installation, the customer is still responsible for the cost of labor. In most cases, we offer a limited 30 day warranty on only the installation.

    The limited 30 day warranty does not cover any labor needed to install a replacement if an outside product were to turn out defective within the warranty period.

    Exceptions to the limited 30 day warranty include installations with used products and installations using CCA wiring kits. We do not offer any warranty in these cases due to the potential for issues to arise related to the quality of the products and material composition of the wiring kits.

    If you decide to bring an outside configuration for a sound system (subs/amp/box/speakers/etc.) our technicians can only roughly check the compatibility of everything but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to research on their own. We also provide no guarantee that the system will sound the way the customer expects since our technicians had no input in the configuration.

  • Due to the wide range of vehicles and the many considerations that go into our services, we do not have set pricing available. Instead, we recommend visiting or contacting us to get an estimate or ballpark.

    In some cases, we may not be able to offer even a ballpark over the phone given how much pricing may vary based on factors that the technician must see in-person. This is especially true regarding outside products and select vehicles that we are either less familiar with or are known to have many subtle variations.

  • Our technicians can only do adaptations to certain items like cutting or adding space rings for subwoofers and speakers.

    Unfortunately, we do not do custom work like subwoofer boxes or panels.

  • Yes. Our technicians work with vehicles only. We unfortunately do not work with motorcycles, atv’s, or boats.

  • Our MCA Car Audio technicians specialize in aftermarket products, only. We are limited to what we can do with factory systems, as we do not have the scanners or systems to run diagnostics on factory items.

    Our installers can check for fuses if no power is reaching or help find the general location of where the issue is between the factory radio, amplifier, and/ or speakers. For a thorough diagnostic and potentially fixing or replacing with factory items, we suggest heading directly to the dealership.

  • No. We can only replace damaged items with aftermarket products. We do not fix damaged items.

    The only exceptions are select horn drivers and tweeters that have replacement voice coils available.

  • Yes, as long as the part we are replacing is the same exact one purchased from the dealership or a trust OEM parts store.

    This ensures the new amplifier/stereo/etc. will be compatible with your existing factory audio system and connections.

    Please Contact Us to verify we can do the installation as there are select vehicles we may not be able to work on.

  • Yes, we do all of the above for a variety of vehicles but we recommend contacting us to ensure we can install on your vehicle!

  • No, these are unfortunately not services we offer. Please check with other businesses that may be able to assist you!

  • Unfortunately, as of right now we do not have any discounts. Our prices are pretty competitive to most in the area for the quality of our work so we are unable to offer discounts at this time.
