Established in 2012, MCA Car Audio is a family-owned small business that used to be located in a shopping center just down the road. At our new location, we recently set up a storefront separate from the installment garage within the same shopping center!
MCA Car Audio is committed to providing quality products, personable customer service and professional car audio installation services that are honest, efficient, and responsive.

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
All Sales are Final. No Returns. No Exchanges.
Warranty for products is limited to new products only. All new products come with manufacturing warranty. MCA Car Audio provides a minimum 30-Day Warranty with receipt for defective new products. Warranty is only valid with a receipt showing the date issued and the warranty term length.
Warranty for installations is valid only for installations performed by MCA Car Audio Installers. Generally, it is a 90-day warranty that extends to products purchased in store. In some cases, the original box or packaging may be required for warranty, EX: LED bulbs boxes are required to exchange defective bulbs.
Warranty Exclusions:
-Customer has NO receipt
-Items were purchased from a 3rd party
-Products are damaged due to accidents or vandalism
-Products damaged by misuse or inappropriate power-matching or inappropriate impedance-matching
-Products damaged by 3rd party installation errors
-Installations performed by MCA Installers no longer have warranty when they have been handled or worked on by another installer, shop, or the owner of the vehicle. If a problem were to arise, please contact us first before having someone else trying to fix the problem.
