1. Know the year, make, model, and submodel of the vehicle you want to upgrade.

2. Does your sound system have any issues or is something not working? Let us know beforehand.

3. If the vehicle has been worked on by another car audio shop recently let us know.

4. If you need quotes on installation of third-party items, it is preferred you stop by with the products and vehicle you want to have them installed in.

To make an appointment, we have to have issued an estimate first. An appointment fee/deposit is required, it counts towards your total however it is non-refundable.

For Walk-in availability, call us or stop by. It can change based on workload, appointment rescheduling or no-shows.

We do accept most third-party products for installation, not all. Used items do have to be complete with all parts in order to be installed properly. Estimates for third-party products can only be given in person with the products you are wishing to have installed and the vehicle our technicians will be installing them in.
